This is really the only thing I miss about Tucson. Tres Leche Cake from El Charro...sometimes I dream about it. Still searching for a recipe that compares...anyone? A couple weeks ago I dug into the little slice of heaven, and it was as heavenly as I remembered. The perfect texture doused in caramel, cinnamon sugar tortilla strips, and loads of frosting.
